Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026.

This page explains what personal data we collect on the Zunit website, what we use it for and what your rights are. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

Who looks after your data

Zunit is a brand of Lucalto Ltda. Lucalto Ltda is the controller of your data. This means it decides how your data is used.

For anything about privacy, write to legal@zunit.io.

What data we collect

  • Booking form: name, email, WhatsApp, company and your answers about your development (role in the decision, number of units, launches per year, sales value range, how you sell today, what interests you and timeline).
  • Pricing calculator: name, email, WhatsApp, company and the project details you enter.
  • Newsletter: your email.
  • Calendar: when you book a call, the date and time you choose.
  • Technical data: the country you visit from, used only to show the site in the right language. We do not store it. Our hosting provider keeps technical access logs (such as IP address) for a short time, for security.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin. We do not collect data from children.

What we use it for, and the legal basis

  • To reply to your request, book the call and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps before a contract, at your request (art. 7, V).
  • To understand where you are and send you to the right next step (a call, a message from the team or reading material). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). No automated decision affects your rights: a person on the team always reviews it.
  • To send you content and news by email. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I). We only send it if you tick the box or sign up for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email or by writing to legal@zunit.io.
  • To meet legal obligations and defend ourselves in legal proceedings. Legal basis: art. 7, II and VI.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a few providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us, following our instructions:

  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel): CRM and calendar, where contacts and meetings are kept.
  • Resend: sends notification emails to our team.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • YouTube (Google): case study videos, in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube only receives data if you press play.

We may also share data if a law or court order requires it.

Transfers to other countries

Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. In these cases we use the safeguards set out in the LGPD (art. 33), such as data protection clauses in our contracts.

How long we keep it

  • Sales contacts: while we are talking or under contract, and up to 2 years after the last contact.
  • Email consent: until you withdraw it.
  • Customer data: for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules).

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

Cookies and data in your browser

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only store in your browser what the site needs to work:

  • Your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE cookie).
  • Light or dark theme.
  • Your booking form answers, for up to 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device only. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

The booking calendar, from another provider (HighLevel), may set its own cookies when it is shown.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask us at any time for:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
  • Correction of wrong or outdated data.
  • Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully.
  • Portability of your data to another provider.
  • Deletion of data processed with your consent.
  • Information on who we share your data with.
  • Withdrawal of your consent.
  • Review of decisions made only by automated means.

To make a request, write to legal@zunit.io. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and providers with good security practices. No system is 100% secure. If an incident puts you at risk, we will tell you and the ANPD.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will email the people who gave consent.
